You old goat!

I found this picture over at Eileen's Blogsite. She had posted it for MadPriest who was having a bit of a rough day yesterday in the Blogosphere.

I think it's so wrong on so many levels that I love it and had to reproduce it here.

It says so much of what I feel as I come to a week that is ending with great fanfare and fiddle-dee-dee over a groundhog's prediction about the next six weeks of weather.

It sets the exact tone for what I want to say to some of the nasty boyz (and girlz) who sit in the pews on the Right aisle of the Church who have sent me horrid, vulgar crude notes concerning the story I posted (below) about Nick, the young boy who is dying and wanted to have a sexual experience before he died that, I swear, must leave a blazing path in cyberspace. Some of these notes were so graphic they were enough to make a French sailor blush.

And really, what other picture could conjure up the perfect reaction to the headline "The Danger of Impotence" over at the ultra-conservative, neo-Puritan blog site called "Stand Firm"? (Poor dears, I think sex is the only thing they think about. And they call LGBT people sex-obsessed!)

So, thank you, my sister Eileen, for this wonderful image. I just might be able to make it through the weekend.

  1. I found in on Cute Overload a few days ago, and wasn't sure how to use it, but, I LOVED it. So, MP's troubles gave me the perfect excuse.

The fact that you are also loving it makes me very, very happy.

It is such a wrong picture. I mean, if poor young Nick was given a goat for his sexual experience, I could see all the bruhaha. However, he was led a to willing woman.

And for those who have sent dear Elizabeth+ nasty, graphic notes: God sees into your black hearts, and knows EXACTLY what drives your obsessions. It psychology, we call it PROJECTION.

The Bible is a beautiful story, a gift from the creator almighty. NOT A BLUDGEON. (Although, I'm sure its heft makes it appear to be useful as one - but that's how it gets used when it's CLOSED - not OPENED).

    rant off.
