Greetings from Belize!
First, my apologies for not getting an e-mail out earlier. So much to do and so little time.
We arrived safely in Belize and all the luggage made it as well. No problems getting past customs. The kids had a great time seeing all the animals at the zoo.
Clarissa Falls Resort is a beautiful place with the waterfall literally steps away from our rooms. The owner Chena is a very nice lady and an even better cook. She is taking real good care of us.
On Sunday, we visited the Maya Ruins and the kids got to go to the top and take many great photos. In the afternoon, we went tubing down the river and had a fun and relaxing time.
The kids are also impressing us with some of the things they are sharing during devotion time.
Today, we arrived in San Antonio and started our first day of work. Once work began, the kids were so into it and didn't want to stop. I have enforced mandatory water breaks every 30 minutes so everyone is staying hydrated and using plenty of sunblock. We broke for lunch and we're already ahead of schedule for what we want to accomplish for today.
I don't know if I will have time for daily updates, but I will try my best to keep you posted on our progress here in Belize. Just know that everyone is having a great time and working hard. If only you could see your kid's willingness and dedication when they are working...you would be so proud! Courtney has been taking plenty of photos. I believe our last count was over 300 photos already and its only Monday.
Anyways, lunch break is about over so its time to get back to work. Please continue to keep us in your prayers.
