Fellini's Roma - Catholic Church Fashion Show

You'll be inspired by the silk habits and leather boots worn by the nuns!  You'll thrill to all the lace on the thurifer's cotta!  You'll 'oooh and aaah' at the vestments for bishops and cheer them in procession!  And, finally,  you'll be so pleased to see the Pope come back in all his glory.

I've said that being in the institutional church often feels like being in a Fellini movie.  Well, here's the fashion show!  The institutional church is the only place where I can wear a long, white dress and still be in what has traditionally been men's clothes.

Pull up a chair and be amazed by Fellini's brilliant, sarcastic magic.  The Golden Compass ain't got nothin' on him.
