"Finally, I suspect that it is by entering that deep place inside us where our secrets are kept that we come perhaps closer than we do anywhere else to the One who, whether we realize it or not, is of all our secrets the most telling and the most precious we have to tell." Frederick Buechner

I will express my disagreements with other community members' ideas without insulting, mocking, or slandering them personally. (Matthew 5:22)
I will not exaggerate others' beliefs nor make unfounded prejudicial assumptions based on labels, categories, or stereotypes. I will always extend the benefit of the doubt. (Ephesians 4:29)

Yay!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm thrilled that the Democrats are making a good run. Personally, I'm for Obama. But if Hillary wins the nomination, she'll be my choice.
ReplyDeleteYou know what? Me, too. I'd love to see Obama win, but as my daughter, the poly-sci major said, "Hey, I'd love to see Obama win, but 'President Barak Hussein Obama, six years after 9/11? I don't think so."
ReplyDeleteWhat I really wish is that, at some point in this race, Hillary and Obama figure out that she should be elected for two terms, then him, and we'll have this country back on track in 10 years.
Hey, I can dream, can't I?
While Hilary did technically win, the margin was slim enough that both she and Obama get the same number of electors (8) each.
