Is anyone listening?

Go to this site to hear a recording of an Oklahoma State Legislator give a jaw-dropping speech that drips with hate.

She thought only fifty people were listening.

Go to The Victory Fund and let her know you heard what she said and that she doesn't represent you.

  1. Anything from POGO is super. I am not sure I have it in me to listen to more hate tonight.

  2. Thanks for posting this REV Kaeton.

The email addresses for all the members of the OK Legislature are here: http://www.okhouse.gov/Members/MemberListing.aspx

It took less than an hour to send every single one of them a personal email asking them whether or not this is the way they want their state to be perceived.

  3. I'm reposting the same comment I made over at the Mad Hare's blog ...

The ignorance of people never cease to amaze me ...

Has anyone ever noticed the only people who are really obsessed with the so-called "Gay issue" or "Gay agenda" are those who espouse such violent rhetoric?

  4. I would like to put this on my blog but I'm conflicted and struggling to find a way to call attention to it without serving the reverse purpose. It's not about the goal but the word "Victory". Several people I know would use that to say, "See, the woman is right. They do want to run the US and impose their immoral lifestyle on us." sigh.
