According to Snopes.com this is an photo from Palin's website that was altered (photoshopped). In the original one, which Snopes shows, little Piper was holding up 2 fingers.

I love it enough to post it here, even if it IS photoshopped. If it were true, I might even give me hope for Ms. Palin.
