"Finally, I suspect that it is by entering that deep place inside us where our secrets are kept that we come perhaps closer than we do anywhere else to the One who, whether we realize it or not, is of all our secrets the most telling and the most precious we have to tell." Frederick Buechner
Come in! Come in!
"If you are a dreamer, come in. If you are a dreamer, a wisher, a liar, a Hope-er, a Pray-er, a Magic Bean buyer; if you're a pretender, come sit by my fire. For we have some flax-golden tales to spin. Come in! Come in!" -- Shel Silverstein

John Adams meets the King
Important protocol to remember in terms of our relationship with England.
Especially important as former "subjects of The Empire" - and in the midst of the present "troubles" in the Anglican Communion.
King George III: "I pray, Mr. Adams, that the United States will not suffer unduly from its want of a monarchy."
John Adams: "Yes, we will strive to answer those prayers, your Majesty."
I believe we have done well, Mitregate not withstanding.

Adams' meta-narrative:
That which unites us is greater than that which divides.
To which the King agrees...
May the Anglican Communion hear the same message?
You are quite right, Mark. Well, about what Adam's said. Re: the WWAC: There are none so deaf as those who refuse to hear.
