Come in! Come in!

"If you are a dreamer, come in. If you are a dreamer, a wisher, a liar, a Hope-er, a Pray-er, a Magic Bean buyer; if you're a pretender, come sit by my fire. For we have some flax-golden tales to spin. Come in! Come in!" -- Shel Silverstein

Hopefully, this is simply a matter of a poor choice of words, but since words like these would not be overlooked by security in any airport in any country in the world, I think we might want to consider taking them with equal serious consideration.

Elizabeth & Jake thank-you for posting this.
Sad and too true, but it should also be a sad reminder of just how much need there is for healing- in some of the most surprising places.
May we each and every be worthy of the role Christ calls us to in this work.
And to second wise Father Jake' Pray for the church'

Linking to a post and bottom feeding (AKA "trolling") are two very, very different things, Ranter.

Having lived through two Kennedys and a King, I can see where this type of language is disturbing. As soon as a person is controversial he/she becomes a target for the extreme factions on both sides. It really should be thought of "Who is worth living?" and the answer is all of us. We can talk. We can disagree. We can even live with one another if we maintain civility.
