Come in! Come in!

"If you are a dreamer, come in. If you are a dreamer, a wisher, a liar, a Hope-er, a Pray-er, a Magic Bean buyer; if you're a pretender, come sit by my fire. For we have some flax-golden tales to spin. Come in! Come in!" -- Shel Silverstein

You can find links to this video here. This site also includes music and words (Honest to God!)

In case of complete addiction to Anglican Chant, here is the Traffic Code:

Thank you! I can't think of the number of times I must have fallen asleep to the announcer intoning the shipping forecast areas.

Beautiful, dear Elizabeth - and how much fun they must have had!

These were great! The one with the shipping forecast both made us think of Mrs. Bale, the housekeeper from the "As Time Goes By" TV series.
Rob had me send these along to his musical friends.

I can't ever make it through the whole way without a giggle. In fact, I can't listen to Anglican chant anymore without hearing one of these playing in my head.

Having seen these earlier in the week, I was concerned what impact they would have this morning.

Sure enough, I kept smiling and sniggling while we sang the Magnificat in Anglican Chant at today's 10 AM Eucharist.

I don't think I'll ever be able to get these out of my head.

We have the original disks around here someplace. Loved them then and love them now.

Several years ago our organist/choirmaster set The Owl and the Pussycat to Anglican chant. It was the hit of our Ice Cream Concert.
