Another wicked giggle from David Walker

While Peter Jasper Akinola, the Primate and Archbishop of All Nigeria is in the United States this weekend to install Martyn Minns, the missionary bishop he ordained, as the titular head of all member churches of the Convocation of Anglicans in North America, or "CANA", David Walker was cooking up a wicked little giggle, just so we could keep everything in perspective.
